We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Receptionist to join our team at Penryn Dental Practice in Cornwall. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient appointments, schedules, and records with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process patient payments, handle insurance claims, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution
  • Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication
Requirements
  • Previous front-of-house experience in a dental or healthcare setting (ideal, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and empathetic nature
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental practice management software
