Key Responsibilities- Manage patient appointments, schedules, and records with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Process patient payments, handle insurance claims, and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication
- Previous front-of-house experience in a dental or healthcare setting (ideal, but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and empathetic nature
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental practice management software
