Director of Business Product Development
Broadridge Trading & Connectivity Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Director of Business Product Development to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of our company's product portfolio and play a key role in shaping the future of our business.

We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 - $240,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of our company's product portfolio. As a Director of Business Product Development, you will be responsible for determining customer needs and assessing market competition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Determine customer needs and assess market competition
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines
- Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs
- Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production
- Determine product pricing and complete operational requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in product management or a related field
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
