Role Overview
Farm Liaison Manager is a pivotal position in fostering strong relationships with our farm suppliers, supporting sustainable practices, and ensuring high standards of animal welfare and farm hygiene. The role plays a key part in driving strategy, including farm sustainability, while maintaining close relationships with the Site Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop commercial relationships with all farm suppliers.
  • Maintain a relationship with the Site Senior Leadership Team.
  • Support business strategy on farm sustainability.
  • Monitor animal welfare and farm hygiene.
  • Support routine farm audits.
  • Advise farmers on UK Dairy industry regulations.
  • Represent the business at trade shows.
  • Aware of dairy sector trends and issues.
  • Track milk, whey, and cream volumes.

Requirements
  • Experience in agriculture, farming, or related sectors.
  • Degree in agriculture, environmental science, or related field.
  • Knowledge of animal welfare standards and sustainable farming practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with alignment skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized individual.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum. This competitive salary reflects the importance of this role in supporting our farm suppliers and driving business strategy.
