About the Role

Adecco is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client, a global pharmaceutical company, for a Senior Greek Speaking Customer Service Agent to work on a 12-month contract initially.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Greek, with another European language being an ideal but not essential requirement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills and logistics knowledge, with experience in receiving and processing orders.
  • Have a good understanding of logistics, including distributing medication from a hub, and be aware of routes and journeys, as well as the layout and culture of Greece and Cyprus.
  • Be happy to deal with customer complaints and confident in liaising with stakeholders and 3rd party couriers in Greece.
  • Be an autonomous worker, confident in managing a high volume of calls, and ideally have knowledge of SAP and CRM tools such as Oracle.
Working Arrangements

The role is a hybrid working arrangement, with 50% of the time spent working from home and 50% working from the Chester office. The successful candidate must live within an hour's commute from Chester and be happy to be in the office on Wednesdays with the rest of the team.

Free on-site parking is available, and thorough training (4-6 months) will be given before working independently.

Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate of £17 per hour.
  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.
