As a Programme and Project Planner, you'll ensure all projects and plans are maintained, providing reports and updates to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to quality standards.

You'll have a proven track record in project planning, developing comprehensive plans and tracking progress against milestones. Some benefits include:

In your role, you'll collaborate with diverse skill sets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Understand project requirements, objectives, and company processes.
  • Develop a detailed project plan in Microsoft Project to track progress.
  • Identify and procure resources, including materials, equipment, and labour.
  • Create a schedule of activities and milestones, monitoring progress.
  • Adjust the project plan as needed to account for changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Coordinate with other departments and personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Keep the project sponsor informed of the project's status and address concerns.

  • Optional Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project planning and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience and appreciation of managing budgets.
  • Master's degree in project management or related field.
  • PMP certification.
  • 10+ years of experience in project planning and management.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning software.
