About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supervising Social Worker to join our team at TACT. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of looked-after young people by supporting their foster families.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing supervision and guidance to foster families to help them meet the complex needs of looked-after young people
  • Collaborating with other professionals to develop and deliver effective strategies to improve outcomes for looked-after children
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

We offer a salary of £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on your experience, along with a range of benefits including flexible working, a wellbeing programme, and more.
