Job Description: We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team in Tiverton.

This role involves coordinating the delivery of teaching and learning services to students, ensuring that they receive the support they need to achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • To coordinate the provision of 1-1 support to students, ensuring that it is tailored to their individual needs.
  • To work closely with teachers and support staff to identify areas where students need additional support.
  • To develop and implement strategies to help students engage with learning and build their confidence.
  • To monitor and track the progress of students, making adjustments to their support plan as necessary.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs, trauma, or challenging behaviour is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of SEMH and its impact on children's lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driving licence is essential, as the role may involve travel to different locations.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach, able to respond to changing circumstances.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is £85-£95 per week.

About the Job

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, requiring a driver due to potential travel between sites. As a member of our team, you will be part of a dedicated group committed to supporting young people to succeed.
