About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Brand Development Strategist to join our team at NAMED COLLECTIVE®. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our brand strategy, driving growth and increasing brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead the tactical execution of brand activations, organic social media, and earned social media campaigns
  • Manage brand partnerships and collaborations to increase brand awareness and reach
  • Work closely with our Head of Creative to develop and maintain our brand identity and visual language
  • Collaborate with our Marketing, Trading, and Product Teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand and marketing management, with a proven track record of driving growth and increasing brand equity
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing a team and developing talent
  • Strong commercial sense, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
