Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Kido. As a Level 2 Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and inspiring learning environment where every child thrives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute activities that cater to individual children's needs
- Observe and assess children's progress, setting individualised goals and celebrating achievements
- Work closely with parents to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- A competitive salary of up to £25,000 for full-time, 40 hours per week
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service
