Job Title: Level 2 Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Level 2 Early Years Educator to join our team at Kido International Nursery & Preschool Tooting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment that supports the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and deliver engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to child development
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress and achievements
  • Work with parents and colleagues to set individualized goals and develop personalized learning plans
  • Contribute to the development of a nurturing environment that caters to individual needs and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements:
  • Relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum
  • Alignment with Kido's 3 core values: Listen, Learn, and Lead
  • Experience in a similar role within a nursery or other childcare or educational setting
  • Right to work in the UK
