Leadership Opportunity at The Hari Group

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Afternoon Shift Supervisor to join our team at The Hari Group. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting a respectful team environment and communicating shift priorities, goals, and results with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support a positive and productive team culture
  2. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations
  3. Provide coaching and feedback to crew members to enhance their skills and performance
  4. Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Operational Excellence:

  1. Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
  2. Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
  3. Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards
  4. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

  1. Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  2. Math and writing skills
  3. Basic computer skills
  4. At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
  5. High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
