Job Title: Hospitality Assistant

We are seeking a kind, caring, and organized Hospitality Assistant to join our team at New Care's Wilmslow Manor Care Centre. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that residents and visitors receive an efficient food service, maintaining a clean working environment within the dining room and serving area at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality hospitality services to residents and visitors.
  • Support and assist visitors, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Inform the Chef of any individual requirements of residents.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and procedures, adhering to company HACCP guidelines.
  • Ensure all training is adhered to, promoting a safe and healthy environment.
  • Record and report incidents and events as necessary.
  • Take responsibility for promoting safeguarding the welfare of adults in your care.
Requirements:
  • Hospitality or catering experience is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a care setting is desirable.
  • Effective communication skills to work with the team.
  • Ability to participate in activities organized in the Home.
