As a Terms and Conditions Manager at Premier Jobs UK, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will oversee the T&C function for the wealth management firm, provide ongoing development and improvement tailored to the needs of the team and business, and ensure everyone has the necessary skills, knowledge, and expertise to perform their duties effectively.
You will develop measurable KPIs for the team and team members, maintain records to evidence your activities, and produce Management Information for senior management. Additionally, you will provide advice and guidance on T&C matters, file checks, Consumer Duty, financial promotions, recruitment, and other related topics. Your responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining T&C policies, as well as providing training and competence development for the team.
Requirements:
You must be an experienced T&C professional within Wealth Management, such as a T&C Manager, and have the ability to train new and existing team members. Strong mentoring skills and the ability to maintain accurate records are essential.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of circa £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including 3% and 5% pension contributions, 4x DIS, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday off, and financial support towards exams. As a hybrid role, you will need to occasionally visit our office in Castle Bromwich.
