Exemplar Health Care is looking for a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to lead our psychological therapy services at Shire Oaks Court in Walsall, with opportunities for nationwide travel across all EHC services.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate can expect a salary of £58,000 per annum, plus car allowance.

Key Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for managing a team of psychological therapists, overseeing the development and implementation of treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of psychological therapists to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Oversee the development and implementation of treatment plans
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in clinical psychology

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Leadership experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
