The Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel is a 4-star hotel located next to Battersea Power Station and opposite Battersea Park. We are seeking a Night Supervisor to oversee the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety while maintaining smooth front office activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Night Operations: Oversee the night shift operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and security, to ensure all areas are functioning effectively.
  • Guest Services: Provide high levels of customer service, address guest concerns, and handle check-ins/outs and guest inquiries.
  • Emergency Management: Respond to emergencies or incidents, including medical situations, fire alarms, and security issues, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage night staff, assigning tasks and ensuring that all duties are carried out efficiently. Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.
  • Audit & Reporting: Assist with or carry out night audits, reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring that financial data is accurate.
  • Maintain Hotel Standards: Ensure that hotel standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to during the night shift.
  • Communicate with Day Staff: Provide handover reports to the morning staff and management, detailing any issues or occurrences during the night.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all night shift activities comply with health and safety regulations and other relevant hotel policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hotel front desk or supervisory roles, preferably as a Night Supervisor or similar.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS systems), knowledge of OPERA is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
