Clinical Teaching Fellow Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Teaching Fellow to join our Critical Care department at King's College Hospital. As a Clinical Teaching Fellow, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in a large tertiary critical care department under the mentorship of consultants with a range of tertiary hospital sub-specialist interests.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and education. You will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs for medical students and junior doctors, as well as participating in research and quality improvement initiatives.
Main Duties- Develop and deliver educational programs for medical students and junior doctors
- Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Work collaboratively with consultants and other healthcare professionals to achieve departmental goals
- Primary medical qualification recognised by GMC
- Eligible for full registration and licensing with the GMC at the point of application
- Meets all requirements for GMC sponsorship (if sponsorship required)
- MRCP or equivalent
- Experience working within critical care or an acute specialty
- Demonstrable research experience
- Demonstrable teaching experience
- Evidence of special commitment to critical care
- ATLS
