Finance Transformation Leader

This is a high-profile role that requires strong leadership and programme management skills to oversee the transformation of finance processes across the bank. As a Finance Transformation Leader, you will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and driving business change. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing new systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Leading a portfolio of technical and non-technical business change projects, including the implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Managing a team of business change specialists, business analysts, and subject matter experts to deliver project outcomes.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior managers and external partners.
  • Providing advice and coaching on project management best practices to up-skill members of the EBRD team engaged in project-related activity.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A proven track record in programme and project management, including scoping, working in/on and managing complex projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team and achieving deliverables through people.
  • Experience delivering finance transformation projects, including the migration and/or implementation of SAP services.
  • Strong relationship-building and managing skills with teams, customers, suppliers, senior managers, and other stakeholders from a broad base of cultures.
  • Able to operate at the strategic level and think conceptually, whilst simultaneously working on the details.
  • Sound financial management and commercial decision-making skills.


Salary Information

The salary for this role is £100,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the importance of this role in driving business change and promoting disability inclusion.
