Page Personnel Sales is looking for a highly motivated Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing purchase ledger, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records.   • You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing purchase ledger, and performing general accounting tasks. This includes preparing P&L and balance sheet for one company, processing purchase invoices and posting to nominal ledger, calculating landed costs and posting to ledger, reconciling supplier statements and postings, post accruals and prepayments, wages and salary journals, reconcile balance sheet accounts and fixed asset register, calculate depreciation and produce VAT returns, process sales and revenue reports, credit card and other receipts, reconcile bank statements and cashbook entries, maintain petty cash and reconcile Paypal and Ebay accounts.

As a permanent position offering £28,000 - £33,000, study support, 23 days holiday, standard hours with flexibility, discounts to retailers, and free parking, we offer a competitive remuneration package that reflects your skills and experience. To succeed in this role, you should have recent accounting experience, preferably in purchase ledger, and live within commuting distance to the location.
