We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Earl Shilton Building Society. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth across our member base.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including members, partners, and suppliers
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve member experience
**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
* Car or car allowance
* Depending on experience and qualifications
