We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expansion across our Leicester branch.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing new business and a strong ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the group
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for new business
  • Utilizing various methods to contact prospect clients and identify opportunities or review dates for supply
  • Promoting the Barker Ross brand

Requirements for the role include:

  • A minimum of one year B2B sales experience
  • A proven track record of developing new business
  • Proven experience in utilizing different techniques and approaches to sales and winning new business
