Head of Conveyancing and Legal Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancer to join our team as Head of Conveyancing and Legal Practice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of conveyancing and legal practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Conveyancers and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality conveyancing services.
  • Develop and implement compliance processes and systems to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to promote the firm's reputation and services.
  • Conduct conveyancing procedures, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages, ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Prepare and review contracts, leasehold documents, and other legal documents.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of PQE conveyancing experience (CLC, CILEX, or Solicitor).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
