Marketing Manager Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing allbound marketing campaigns to address our target audience, leveraging the full marketing mix to generate demand, nurture/accelerate through the funnel and close deals. The role requires strong project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience of working with complex teams across multiple geographies and cultures.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage the execution of allbound marketing campaigns & activities to address our target audience - in line with geographic, segment, vertical and/or product alignment: Using the full marketing mix and appropriate tactics to generate demand, nurture/accelerate through the funnel and close deals. Leveraging & optimising existing assets and identifying content gaps – proposing messaging & asset creation to address these. Working with the wider EMEA Marketing team to ensure reach and amplification through available channels and engagement & impact through aligned Sales teams as appropriate.
  • Refine and optimise campaigns to maximise return on investment, with a focus on volume and velocity in lead generation and conversion through the sales funnel.
  • Embed nurture programmes, retargeting and ABM tactics to maximise the reach and impact of our campaigns.
  • Seeks out opportunities to incorporate a 'digital first' strategy (with a focus on channel & platform innovation/tooling) to drive campaign efficiencies and best-practice through our day-to-day working.
Requirements:
  • Marketing qualifications preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a B2B Marketing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – copywriting skills a plus.
  • Software and technology experience.
  • Attention to detail, follow-through and deadline compliance.
  • Must be data-driven and able to analyse and interpret data competently.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience of working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60000-£80000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid holiday time.
