Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience of working with children/young people who display challenging behaviour, and the ability to build a professional relationship with our students.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, driven, and have a professional and flexible approach. They will be ready to get involved and get stuck in, with strong team work skills and an interest in running additional activities. The successful candidate will set high expectations for all and be committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our students.

We offer a challenging but rewarding role, with excellent support from an experienced Class Teacher and a strong Pastoral Support team. Our class sizes are usually between 5 and 10 students per class, and we have a tight, close-knit community at St Luke's.
