The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to managers and employees across the organization. This includes advising on employment law, managing employee relations, and developing talent within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR Guidance and Support: Offer expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR-related issues, including employment law, employee relations, and talent development.
- Manage Employee Relations: Investigate and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and other workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop Talent: Identify and develop talent within the organization, including coaching and mentoring employees to achieve their full potential.
- Advise on Employment Law: Provide guidance on employment law and regulations, including TUPE, equality and diversity, and health and safety.
- Support Business Initiatives: Contribute to business-led projects and initiatives, providing HR expertise and support to drive business success.
The successful candidate will have:
- Sustained Experience in Employee Relations: Proven experience in an employee relations operational HR role within a large organization with a diverse workforce.
- Proven Track Record in Managing Complex Cases: Experience in managing and advising on complex cases, including sickness, disciplinary, grievance, and equalities issues.
- Indepth Knowledge of Employment Law: In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and recognized best HR practice.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate on complex issues at all levels in an appropriate and concise manner, both orally and in writing.
- Self-Motivation and Autonomy: Self-motivation, self-reliance, and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
