Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer - Infrastructure Division

Location: Remote or On-Site

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum

Job Summary:

Aldwych Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Infrastructure Division. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems for various infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our team of engineers to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement electrical systems for infrastructure projects, including LV and HV power systems, motor control centers, and process instrumentation.
  • Develop and maintain electrical system models using power systems analysis software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that electrical systems meet project requirements and are integrated with other systems.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect electrical systems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and installation instructions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project managers.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Engineer status with a recognized engineering institution.
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including LV and HV power systems, motor control centers, and process instrumentation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
