We are seeking a High Net Worth Individual Household Manager to join our team. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the household team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Maintain the integrity of the estate's properties by performing routine maintenance tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have experience working in luxury 4 star/5 star environments or private residences
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and management abilities

Working Conditions:

  • Thursday-Sunday working week, Fridays and Saturdays off
  • 1 weekend a month off
  • Day shifts, no early starts or late nights

We offer a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum, plus an additional bonus of approximately £2,200 per year. Parking is available onsite. If you are a highly motivated and strategic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
