About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Bigjigs Toys Ltd. As an integral part of our Operations Teams in our UK HQ, you will be responsible for spearheading our journey in eCommerce across multiple platforms and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of our eCommerce platform, including product content, pricing, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic leadership and guidance of e-commerce strategies in conjunction with senior management.
  • Report on E-commerce metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our eCommerce platform remains competitive.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a focus on Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with product content management, pricing, and customer service.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to execute existing and develop new Marketplace initiatives and opportunities.
