About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Swimming Instructor to join our Seahorse Swim School team at Horsenden Primary School. As part of our team, you will deliver a successful 'Learn to Swim' programme to our clients, providing a lasting impression and excellent customer service experience.
About the School:
Horsenden Primary School is a larger than average school with fantastic facilities, including a swimming pool, in the Greenford area of the London Borough of Ealing. We are a good school where inclusion is at the heart of what we do.
What We Offer:
The Swim School is run as part of the Primary School and is supported by an experienced Headteacher and Leadership team committed to professional development for all staff. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of Swimming Instructors, carry out administrative duties, and design and deliver a range of swimming lessons to pupils.
About You:
We are looking for a qualified Swimming Instructor with a minimum of ASA/UKCC Level 2 Certificate for Teaching Aquatics or ASA Level 2 Certificate for Coaching Swimming. Ideally, you will be teacher water safety qualified and have a track record of working well with small groups and whole classes to produce good outcomes. You will be flexible, able to work as part of a team, and actively engaged in improving your own skills through seeking constructive feedback.
