Prospectus-4 is a specialist credit and political risk insurance broker with a strong commitment to philanthropy. We partner with charities and social enterprises across the globe, supporting programs that promote health, education, and social mobility.

The organization's foundation allocates 10% of its net profits annually to philanthropic efforts, having supported over 100 programs since 2015. As we approach our 10th anniversary in 2025, we seek a Senior Grants Manager to join our team in a part-time role (3 or 4 days per week).

**Job Description**

The successful candidate will have substantial senior grant-making experience, ideally in a leadership capacity. They will be responsible for managing the Group's philanthropy across all regions, developing and maintaining relationships with charity partners, promoting staff involvement, and ensuring the foundation remains a core focus of the Group.

This involves:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with charitable partners
  • Developing the group's philanthropic profile internally and externally
  • Researching and meeting with potential new charity partners
  • Reviewing reports and updates from partners
  • Summarizing and sharing activity with trustees and the wider group
**Required Skills and Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Substantial senior grant-making experience
  • Leadership experience in a theory of change or strategic review process
  • Experience in supporting employee engagement in charity programs
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
