Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Clark Contracts Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects in excess of £30 million, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest standard of workmanship.
  • Work with Contracts Managers to deliver projects, overseeing subcontractors, design teams, and clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, providing excellent communication skills and contract administration expertise.
  • Produce, analyze, and interrogate programs using Microsoft Project, controlling projects to financial budgets.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role with another main contractor, preferably with experience in refurbishment and new build.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Project and Office packages, with a current SMSTS qualification.
  • High level of Health & Safety Awareness, with current First Aid and Scaffold Inspection Certificates.
  • Strong IT skills, contract administration skills, and ability to control and manage sub-contractors.
  • Capable of programming projects from scratch and managing existing programs using Microsoft Project.
