Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Management Director to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, liaise with stakeholders, and drive the strategic vision for the projects under their management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and oversee the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, design, construction, and delivery.
  • Ensure that all projects meet the required scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, including commercial, residential, and/or infrastructure projects.

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
