We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private PA & Nanny to join a family of 5 in Maida Vale. The ideal candidate will provide afternoon and evening support for the three children, who are all above the age of 8.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise personal diaries and travel planning, including itineraries
  • Manage family admin, events, and appointments
  • Provide proactive and resourceful support to the household
  • Draft emails, contracts, and proofread documents as required
  • Liaise with business PAs and manage the housekeeper

The successful candidate will be a flexible and experienced individual with a sound understanding of technology, including Excel and other programmes. They will have a high level of authority and be able to control the household effectively.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a nanny and private PA to a high level
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and availability to start as soon as possible
