Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team in the North West of England. This is a full-time, hybrid working role that requires travel for face-to-face assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- To conduct face-to-face psychological needs assessments for young people with a range of needs, aged 0-25 years.
- To collaborate with SEND advocates, school staff, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Paediatricians, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the young person's needs.
- To attend remote SEND Tribunals as an Expert Witness, with training provided if required.
Requirements
- Qualified Educational Psychologist and HCPC Registered.
- Experience in the use of psychometric assessments.
- Knowledge and experience of Tribunal casework and managing a high caseload.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and attend SEND tribunals.
- Full, current, and valid driving licence and a vehicle with a current valid MOT certificate, adequate insurance, and the ability to travel across England and North Wales.
