Swim Well Program Manager
Trafford Leisure is seeking an experienced professional to manage and develop its Swim Well program. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering inspirational management to their team, supporting and guiding swimming teachers, and managing the School swimming program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional management to the Swim Well team
- Support and guide swimming teachers to bring out their potential
- Manage the School swimming program
- Provide feedback and recommendations on new initiatives and ideas to improve the operational running of the program
Requirements:
- Flexibility to cover lessons and work different days and times as the business requires
- Swim England Level 1 & 2 Qualification or equivalent
- Experience of managing and developing a large swimming program
