Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Vertical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team in Leicester City Centre. As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and growing the mechanical design team, promoting consultation and collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow the mechanical design team, promoting consultation and collaboration within the team.
  • Full detailed mechanical design by yourself or as lead of project group.
  • Actively participate in design verification process for the team as well as checking and signing off junior/intermediate engineers designs.
  • Ensure good working relationships are established and maintained with clients whilst actively seeking opportunities for new and profitable business.
