About the Role:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in our Acute and PICU mental health hospital. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients with mental health needs and learning disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • Valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Previous experience in mental health, acute, or learning disability settings
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation
