Female Support Worker

Job Overview:
We're on the hunt for a genuinely caring Female Support Worker to join our supported living service in Burgess Hill. As a support worker, you'll be helping individuals gain independence in their daily lives, while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching new life skills and assisting with personal care
- Encouraging individuals to access local communities and socialize
- Developing reflective practice and following Positive Behaviour Support plans
- Working with individuals with mental health needs and complex needs
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license
- Resilience, flexibility, and composure in approach
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs and mental health needs
