Estate Agent Trainee Sales Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Estate Agent Trainee Sales Negotiator. As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clients and customers with a professional and personalized service, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the estate agency industry, staying up-to-date with market trends and developments.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary and commission structure, with realistic on-target earnings of £30,000 in year 1 and rising in year 2.

  • A 40p per mile petrol allowance for business miles.
Requirements:
  • A strong sales background, preferably in a related industry such as car sales, mobile telephone sales, or membership sales.
  • The ability to drive and have access to a car.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • A high level of motivation and ambition, with a desire to succeed in the estate agency industry.
