Job Title: IT Support Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team at Newly Weds Foods in Banbury. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to our end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Arrange for external technical support when necessary.
  • Perform regular maintenance of hardware and software to ensure business continuity.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT-related documentation.
  • Provide multi-site cover, including travel and overnight accommodation in the UK and mainland Europe.
  • Participate in out-of-hours support on a rota basis to ensure 24/7 coverage for production.

Requirements:

  • Relevant IT qualification.
  • Previous experience in an IT support role.
  • Full driving license.
  • Commitment to the NWF Banbury values.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £33,000 - £39,000 depending on skills and experience.
  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
