Product Leader – On-premises and Network Solutions

Define Product Vision and Roadmap: Align product strategy with business objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, understand customer needs, and inform product decisions.
Product Roadmap Development: Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionalities based on market demand and technical feasibility.
Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the product team, working closely with product customers to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between enabling teams to ensure efficient product development and launch.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, and manage dependencies across the product line.
Implementation and Success Metrics: Work with the product team and customers to define implementation strategies and success metrics for new product features or updates.
Change Management: Collaborate with change management to develop messaging and positioning for the product.
Requirements and SkillsExperience: 3+ years of experience working as part of product teams as a DevOps engineer, preferably within a related technology domain.
Agile Development: Strong understanding of Agile development methodology and product lifecycle management.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across various teams.
Prioritization and Data-driven Approach: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Product Analytics and User Research: Experience in product analytics and user research to inform product decisions.
