Maintenance and Repair Specialist

About the Role: As a Site Maintenance Technician at PDA Search and Selection Ltd, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of ASDA stores. You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure all maintenance works are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out minor planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Assist with plumbing, including unblocking drains and sinks.
- Perform joinery tasks, including wall and floor repairs.
- Complete and close Reactive Jobs & PPMs on City supplied Device/Tablet.
Requirements:
- Own vehicle for travel.
- Driving License Essential.
- Joinery/ Building experience preferred, but not essential.
Salary and Benefits: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum. This is a competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications.
