The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within Reinforced Concrete Frames and Structures. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in managing workloads and improving business efficiency.

Job Overview
  1. Collaborate with Pre-construction and Construction teams to develop and review tender submissions.
  2. Source quotes and manage procurement of materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  3. Proficient in estimating project costs.
  4. Present Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) to senior management.
  5. Oversee project cost control and financial management from contract review to final account settlement.
  6. Handle contractual and legal issues that arise during projects.
Requirements
  1. Experience 10+ years as a QS, with knowledge of Reinforced concrete Frames and Structures.
  2. Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and regulations.
  3. Proficiency with relevant software tools.
  4. A qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred.
