About the Team

We are a dynamic and innovative team at Yolk Recruitment, and we are currently seeking a Project Coordination Lead to join our property department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in project management and construction to take on a key role in delivering our capital investment schemes.

As a Project Coordination Lead, you will be responsible for leading defined projects and managing multiple projects concurrently from inception through to final account. You will work closely with our senior management team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will also be responsible for undertaking onsite management of supply chain partners, ensuring that quality, safety, programme, and costs are prioritized at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant HND/HNC construction qualification, project management experience, and knowledge of appropriate industry legislation.

The salary for this position is £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include flexible working, access to the Local Government Defined Benefit Pension Scheme, and Medicash, a comprehensive healthcare cash plan.
