Job Description

This role involves working as a Support Worker in our Wrexham centre, providing care and support to adults with mental health needs. You will be required to work days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, including nights, to ensure that our service users receive the best possible care at all times.

You will need to hold a minimum of 12 months' Right to Work in the UK and have experience working in a caring environment. Good communication skills, ability to keep calm under pressure, and confidence to work alone or as part of a team are essential requirements for this role.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £12.00 per hour, with a sleep night rate of £62.64 per night. This amount is based on the location of the Wrexham centre and the job description.
