We are seeking warm and caring individuals to join our team as Relief Support Workers in Wrexham. As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism in their daily lives.

About the Role:

As a Relief Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centered support to individuals in our care, promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement tailored support plans, ensuring that each person receives the care and attention they need.

Requirements:

  • A manual UK driving license is essential, as you will be required to transport individuals in our care
  • A kind, caring, and patient attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • The ability to work flexibly, including early morning starts and late evening finishes, as required
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using digital systems
