We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Manager to lead our dual site charity shop operation in Walton on Thames.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of staff and volunteers, and delivering exceptional customer service across both sites.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience working within fashion/clothing retailing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximising profits through effective stock management, pricing strategies, and visual merchandising
  • Leading a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards of presentation in both shops

Benefits include a competitive salary of c£30,000 per annum, 27 days' annual leave (rising to 29 days after 5 years' service and 33 days after 10 years' service), training support and development opportunities, and access to a pension scheme.
