Dual Site Shop Manager Role Overview

The Dual Site Shop Manager is a dynamic retail leadership opportunity with a leading hospice in Surrey. This role involves overseeing two thriving charity shops in the local community, with a focus on maximizing profits, inspiring and managing staff and volunteers, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and increase income across both locations
  • Lead a team of sales staff & volunteers to achieve shop KPIs
  • Maintain high standards of presentation in both shops
  • Implement quality control and pricing strategies
  • Utilise sales data to make informed business decisions

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in retail management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience gained working within fashion/clothing retailing
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising and shop layouts
  • KPI aware and driven
