About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Secretary to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Medical Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality secretarial and clerical support to our medical team
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and filing
  • Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and hospital staff
  • Manage bookings and admissions, and liaise with the bookings office
  • Collate information and respond to telephone enquiries
