About the Role

This band 7 position involves working within our pharmacy department, which is nationally recognized for innovation. As a Clinical Specialist Pharmacist, you will spend 9 months in each rotation, gaining experience and skills to support your development in Leadership and Management, Education and Research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in extended hours, including late nights and weekend dispensary support on a rotational basis.
  • Develop and maintain clinical knowledge and skills in a surgical or medical specialty.
  • Contribute to teaching and tutoring, as well as audit and evaluative work.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Pharmacy.
  • GPhC registration.
  • Sound knowledge of a surgical or medical speciality acquired working within a suitable specialty.
  • Meets Foundation framework/ GLF competencies.
