Job Description

The Accommodation Office Team Leader will be responsible for leading the team in making decisions and performing statutory functions to ensure the correct outcomes for children and their families. This role requires significant experience in social work or a related field, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to provide guidance, advice, and skills in the day-to-day running of the team.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising social workers and other unqualified professionals, reporting to senior management on performance, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
